A better Bill Pay experience is on the way!

We're excited to announce that we will be introducing a new Online Bill Pay solution on Tuesday, June 25th, 2019.

We're excited to announce that we will be introducing a new Online Bill Pay solution for businesses on Tuesday, June 25th, 2019.
 
The update will allow a seamless online banking experience. Business customers will be able to pay bills from their online banking dashboard as well as through their smartphone by using the CSB Simple Banking for Business App.
 
The new service will offer other benefits including better cash flow control and the ability to accept electronic bills. Best of all, the new Bill Pay features a new payment model where your account will be charged on the same day the biller receives the funds for your payment.

The new Business Bill Pay solution will be automatically updated on Tuesday, June 25th, 2019.
 
 

Important Details About the Switch

  • Bill Pay will be unavailable from June 21st thru June 25th.
  • Any payments scheduled after 4pm on June 21st, and before 8am on June 25th will not process. If you have any payments scheduled during this time, please reschedule them.
  • All of your payees will automatically transfer over. However, your current Bill Pay History will not transfer to the new product.
  • Prior to June 21st, please log in to Business Online Banking and access your Bill Pay to delete any old payees you may not use any longer.
  • Verify if you have any "Email Payments" set up in your current Bill Pay. These are generally payments to an individual. These payees will not transfer over to the new product, and will need to be re-entered after the June 25th, 2019 launch.
  • Any eBills you currently have set up will need to be re-enrolled (if allowed from the payee) after June 25th, 2019.
  • If you have scheduled or recurring payments, these payments will need to be set up again in the new Bill Pay platform. Scheduled payments are classified as payments that automatically get sent to the payee.
