* The term “month” starts on the enrollment date. Transactions accumulate over a one month period, starting from the anniversary date of enrollment. If your anniversary date is the 29th, 30th, or 31st as a particular day of the month for enrollment and that day does not exist in the month of the calculated fees, then the last calendar day of that month is used as the calculated monthly date.
