Account Alerts are a fast and easy way to keep track of all of your Community State Bank account activity. They only take a moment to set up, and allow you to stay on top of exactly what's happening with your accounts.

Account Alerts allow you to monitor your accounts by automatically sending you an email or text message when important activity takes place on your Community State Bank accounts.

Getting Started - Alert Setup Guide

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Click on an account to navigate to the Account Summary Page.
  3. Select "New" under the Message section of the Account Summary Page.
  4. From the drop down menu, select the account you would like to set up an alert for and the type of alert. Then, click "Next".
  5. Select the type of alert you would like to receive, "Email" or "Mobile" (If you select Mobile you will be asked for your telephone service provider and your mobile phone number.)
  6. Click "Finish".
