Community State Bank Welcomes Neil Staeck & Promotes Eloissa Heigl

UNION GROVE, WI - Community State Bank is pleased to welcome Commercial Banker, Neil Staeck and announce the promotion of Eloissa Heigl to Marketing Communication Coordinator.
Staeck has worked in banking for the past 6 years after receiving his degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Currently, he resides in Racine and is a board member and treasurer for the Racine Art Museum. “I’m excited to be working for a bank that puts such a strong emphasis on building relationships and giving back to the community,” said Staeck.
Neil’s focus will be developing new business relationships in and around the Racine area.
Heigl has also worked in banking for the past 6 years. In addition to her new role as Marketing Communication Coordinator, Heigl has worked for Community State Bank as a Customer Service Representative and Teller before receiving her Communication Degree from the University of Wisconsin Parkside. Heigl will assist in the bank’s efforts to grow new banking relationships. She will also be responsible for the development of community, educational and financial advocacy projects and events.
