Community State Bank (CSB) is pleased to announce several exciting changes for 2019. The first being the development of a Cash Management Team. The team will consist of: Neil Buchanan, SVP | Business Banking & Cash Management; Molly Krause, AVP | Cash Management; and Laura Burnett Shoemaker, AVP | Cash Management. CSB would also like to announce the promotion of Gregory Wall to Chief Innovation Officer (CIO).

Cash Management Team Update

The Cash Management Team will assist in expanding existing business banking relationships, prospect and on-board new business relationships. They will also continue to develop and maintain relationships with the municipal and non-profit industries.

Recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Neil Buchanan will spearhead the Cash Management area. Neil has been with CSB for seven years. In that time, he has successfully built strong relationships with businesses and municipalities in and around Racine, Kenosha and Walworth Counties. He has also played a large role in linking CSB business customers to Cash Management tools that serve their unique needs.

Another member of the team, Molly Krause will move into the AVP | Cash Management role. Molly has been an employee of CSB for seven years and has been an instrumental part in developing Community State Bank’s Cash Management area.

Laura Burnett-Shoemaker, who joined Community State Bank in January, will also serve as an AVP | Cash Management. Laura brings with her over 25 years of Cash Management and Retail Banking experience.

“The Cash Management Team will be the key to developing and strengthening our business relationships,” said Bank President and CEO, Scott Huedepohl. “As a team they will be able to service and care for our customers on all fronts, including business banking development and technology services.”

Marketing Department Update

Gregory Wall has been with CSB for nearly two decades. In that time he has served as Marketing Assistant, Marketing Communications Manager, AVP | Marketing Director and most recently VP | Marketing Director. He now moves into the role of Chief Innovation Officer (CIO).

As the CIO, Gregory will help develop and implement creative strategies throughout the organization and it’s departments. He will also work with banking teams to design a program for product development and will continue to oversee all marketing, branding and advertising for the bank, including the development of an Innovation Team.

“Greg has done a fantastic job within our Marketing department,” said Huedepohl. “His innovative way of thinking will benefit many other areas of the bank. I’m excited to expand his talents into the entire organization and am eager to see the programs that will be implemented within each of CSB’s departments.”
